Camerata Bendigo String Quartet was established in 1991, and plays for all special occasions. Our musicians are classically trained and are experienced performers.

The quartet comprises two violins, viola and cello. We perform a large repertoire of mostly classical music for string quartet, that is well suited to occasions such as weddings, parties and corporate functions. We have played in many venues around Victoria including churches, gardens, wineries, galleries, on paddle steamers, and even on the back of a ute!

We are based in Bendigo, but often become traveling minstrels and pack up our instruments to serenade Central Victoria and Southern New South Wales; Daylesford, Kyneton, Echuca/Moama, Shepparton, Muskerry, Sunbury and Rochester just to name a few.
